SUGGESTIONS INVITED

THE I.I. NO.1 OF NCWA-VIII TEMPORARILY PROVIDES THAT THERE WILL BE "ZERO" BENEFIT FOR WORKERS GETTING "SLU" AND ON PROMOTION TO HIGHER GRADE/CATEGORY EMPLOYEE WILL BE GIVE ONE INCREMENT OF THE LOWER GRADE/CATEGORY AND THUS HIS BASIC PAY WILL BE FIXED.

THE ABOVE ISSUES WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE SUB-COMMITTEE AND A DECISION MADE. WE REQUEST YOUR SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW ABOVE PROBLEMS CAN BE SETTLED IN FAVOUR OF EMPLOYEES AS IN THE PAST THEY WERE GETTING SOME MONETARY BENEFIT IN "SLU" AND ONE INCREMENT OF THE PROMOTED GRADE/CATEGORY WHILE FIXING BASIC PAY ON PROMOTION.

Please tell the employees about the pay of scale of different grades as wel as categories.What will be the promotion benefits other than his/her original annual increament?In case of recruitment what will be the scale of pay in different posts?As per agreement the fixation chat shown,there should be a pay scale adding 3% of basic.But now the management made it in to as much as the number of employees.This should be discussed by the sub commettee carefully.Thanks.
