NAMASTE
The challenges thrown at us by the policy making of Central Govt, and Exam policies, are further multiplied by arbitrary interjections from people in power and politicians.

The sum total is that our vigil round the clock only would protect the interests of hundreds of thousand coal workers.
Strong and able presentation from trade unions based on facts and figures, alone would pave the way from the dark times.
Let ABKMS become torch bearer by creating a strong and vibrant group of activists engaged in research.
Rich think of ABKMS ,not only would serve Labour but the Industry and Nation finally.
Let's us never forget that we are patriots and our submission at the lotus feet of our beloved BHARAT Mata is by no means of any lesser quality.
Let us take pledge to struggle to shape the direction of nation's progress.
With hearty greetings of HOLY
REGARDS

NAMASTE,
The recent meeting with top leaders in power can be looked as a ray of hope, for balanced policy making.
Unilateralism will have to go. There is no place within democratic framework to move forward, without 'social dialogue'.
The employment generation has been very sensitive issue for all Indians.
But for better results the current set up needs overhouling.
As nation builders, we also must contribute, in shaping our own future.
Mighty organisations like ABKMS should take on to this challenge squarely.
And this again would need some infrastructure to start with
All and sundry, hope, would pay serious attention to this clarion call
Greetings
Uday

Perhaps many of us do not know that international standerds for loading /unloading have been ratified by India and are applicable from 2010.
The convention no 127 of ILO prescribes ,if ratified that a male engaged in loading work will not lift more that 55 kg weight in a single go.
Since then it is applicable to all industries including COAL.
NOW IT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF principal employer COAL INDIA to ensure that the contract labour/outsoursed person is not forced to work breaking the standerds .
Do all our units take care and protect loaders from ghe occupational hazards.
Welfare committee representatives have this basic responsibility.
Let the exploited lot enjoy colourful HOLI with colours of relief.
That also have right to be happy.
With greetings of festival of HOLI

Today was a budget day.
But to surprise of all it was a mediocre budget.
Not firm on reforms, barring some announcement on corporate tax cut.
Not bold enough, to touch labour law relaxations directly.
No concrete proposals on reshaping 'MGNAREGA'
Nothing was specific ,but was just indication of changes, hoping to promise some changes and looked to be a waiting game.
No concessions in I Tax ,but incentive on transport ,and that in pension investments.
States share in revenue has much to debate, looking at the poor, focus less and highly localised vision of state leadership in politics.
The model needs a lot to talk about.
Make in India is equally on floor if ideas and not even skeleton sketches are visible.
The new ideas do not look vividly clear even to political policy makers, leave aside beaureucrats .
The confusion hence continues.
Since labour is not happy on some counts, agitations are inevitable.
BMS ANNOUNCES PROTEST DEMO ON 2.03.15 through out country.
Better it would be, if Govt took initiative and cleared the air.
Earlier the better
